In the mood for a healthy, refreshing snack? I like incorporating fruit in my diet (ha. I don't have a diet so that was a bad word choice.) in the afternoons as a snack. Sweet bananas and more bitter tasting raspberries are a great combo & don't forget granola! Add yogurt if you want and change up the fruit. This could also be breakfast. Pretty simplistic and well known option, but I thought I would share the fruit combo I like.
