Delicious & healthy smoothie breakfast idea! handfuls of:
•frozen fruit
(I used peaches, blueberries & raspberries)
•spinach
(can be switched for other greens)
•arugula
(can't even taste the greens!)
•1/2 cup greek yogurt (or less)
•Juice of choice
Blend together & enjoy your refreshed morning!
