You approaching this blog post:"Oh look it's a photo of grass...and it's called "Grass." ?". Yup. I have to go do my homework and I also kind of like it being called grass. It makes you have the reaction I just predicted you would. Well, this post is actually suppose to make you think about nature. When was the last time you observed grass to this degree, took it in and appreciated everything that surrounds you?

Actually this photo was an accident. I was on snapchat and the camera flipped and I snapped it! But the point is not that I was on snapchat, rather that I was laying on a yoga mat outside and went outside to meditate and enjoy nature (after checking snapchat of course).. lol. Well I guess that's not really the point either. The point is that you should have, or should now be asking yourself about the last time you went outside. The calmness and peace that can be experienced through just one visit outside is incredible. Yes, I just referred to going outside as a visit because not many people today are going outside., including myself up until now. Before a few weeks ago I didn't really go outside much, I'd head for Netflix and the couch but now meditation and just being outside are apart if my daily routine. It is astonishing the inner silence you can find when you go outside. I think actually being with ourselves is more necessary than we think. You might be telling yourself that you are always alone, but are you alone or with yourself?

Think about it. Happy self silence :)))
