Ugh. What do I eat for breakfast?

Tired of eggs and bagels but still want to feel energized at school or work? Try a healthier bread or rice cake with some peanut butter. Contrary to popular belief, it's totally ok to have carbs, especially in the morning as you are more likely to burn them off through daily activities like walking or climbing stairs. Peanut butter is a healthy source of protein and getting in any type of fruit in the morning is always really refreshing to me. Not a pear fan? Try berries this breakfast can be customized in many ways. Orange Juice. Not your favorite? Switch it up for water to stay hydrated, or milk to get some potassium. Happy Eating!!
